1 Talent Acquisition & Engagement Lead
1.1 Job Purpose: Responsible for the implementation of the talent acquisition plan for NATGRID by identifying, selecting and retaining appropriate talent for meeting the organizational objectives.
1.2 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1.2.1 Assist in operationalizing Talent Acquisition Strategy for NATGRID including identification of appropriate sourcing channels, design of the recruitment & selection process, creation of induction framework etc.
1.2.2 Implementing the personnel selection process in consultation with various function Heads.
1.2.3 Assist in implementation of the Induction Process for the new recruits into their respective functions.
1.2.4 Oversee the implementation of employee engagement assessments to gauge & address employee concerns; Design & implement initiatives for increasing the engagement levels of employees
1.3 Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:
1.3.1 Skills & Experience: Experience includes research, teaching & independent consulting experience in relevant function/domain.
1.3.1.1 Private sector employee with minimum of 4 years’ experience in.
OR
Retired government employee who has worked at a Grade Pay of Rs 6,600 and above, with at least 8 years’ Human Resources domain/function.
1.3.1.2 Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment function & exposure to Human Resource function in a Government/PSU set up.
1.3.2 Qualification:
1.3.2.1 Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
1.4 Consultancy timeframe: 1 year.
1.5 Final Output: Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement for NATGIRD.
