This provides a snapshot of Malaysia&#8217;s online recruitment and highlights sector-specific patterns.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hiring Overview&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In July 2023, fit Malaysia indicated a 2% YoY growth in e-recruitment. With an index score of 78, it mirrors June 2023, showcasing a stable hiring landscape. Following closely was the Hospitality sector at +63%, reflecting Malaysia&#8217;s push towards digital innovation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facing Challenges: <\/strong>However, not all sectors shared this positive trend. IT, Telecom\/ISP, BPO\/ITES sectors saw a 22% annual drop, hinting at global challenges. Similarly, Oil and Gas, and BFSI sectors had reductions in their hiring figures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Annual Hiring Trends \u2014 Functional Area<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitality &amp; Travel roles dominated with +71% growth.
