This is an expansion rather than a rebound, and the gains are widening rather than fading.&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driver is&nbsp;investment, not consumption. Hyperscale data-centre&nbsp;construction in Johor and the Klang Valley, a semiconductor and electronics investment surge in Penang, and a heavy public infrastructure pipeline are all drawing on the same pool of engineering, construction, and technical talent.
