We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and support our sales team in driving digital transformation for clients. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. What You'll Do

Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach to identify potential clients.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
Client Engagement: Build relationships through follow-ups and understand client needs.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
Performance: Meet or exceed KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, and appointment setting (IT consulting experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Goal-oriented, resilient, and adaptable with a strong desire to succeed.
