The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid's end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We're looking for a highly creative and driven Senior Content Strategist to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling—developing compelling ideas, writing engaging scripts and captions, and spotting trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective. This role demands a passion for words, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for creative opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You are the primary project manager and marketing brain for a dedicated set of consumer or beauty brand accounts.

Whether your background is in Agency Copywriting, Brand Marketing or Key Account Manager, you know how to translate confusing client briefs, turn them into data-backed, full-funnel video strategies while keeping the production timeline strictly on track.

As a Content Strategist you will take charge of

Your responsibilities would include:

Full-Funnel Content Ideation & Scripting: Ideate and write clear, conversion focused video script across the entire marketing funnel using the Hook-Value-CTA framework.
End-to-End Project Management: Own the production lifecycle from Planning to Production to Posting) ensuring all assets move flawlessly through the pipeline
Client & Key Account Manager Liaison: Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients and internal KAMs, translate raw marketing data into optimized upcoming content plans
Production Briefing: Create clear creative briefs for videographers, manage product sample logistics, coordinate talent bookings, and manage client's expectations
Performance Analysis: Review basic digital metrics (CTR, viewer retention, etc) to continuously improve content formulas
Trendspotting & Benchmarking: Conduct trendspotting and benchmarking to identify creative opportunities and shape content strategy

Requirements

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience: 3 - 4 years of marketing, copywriting, or social commerce content creation experience (Agency background preferred)
Project Management Skill: Proven ability to manage complex tracking sheets, coordinate talent timelines, and handle multiple moving parts under tight deadlines
Platform Fluency: Deep, non-negotiable understanding of social e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and current digital consumer trends
Good to have; Marketing & Funnel Mastery: Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels
