Job Description

Lead B2B business planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Drive performance monitoring, KPI management, and business reviews across products, sales channels, and customer segments.
Conduct commercial analysis and performance modelling to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
Deliver executive-level reporting, management dashboards, and business performance insights.
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, BI, Network, and Operations teams to enhance business performance and strategic alignment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Planning & Commercial Insights Senior Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
12+ years of experience in business planning, commercial finance, business analytics, sales planning, or performance management.
Strong expertise in commercial KPI management, forecasting, performance reviews, and executive reporting.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Strong experience in advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL
Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills.
