VC Operator

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

Perform assembly and testing activities in accordance with Operational Method Sheets (OMS), work instructions, and quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot basic process, material, or equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations by following 5S principles and performing routine maintenance of test fixtures, tools, and equipment.
Achieve daily production targets while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives while carrying out additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Minimum secondary school qualification, technical certification, or Diploma, with experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing preferred.
Basic knowledge of assembly, testing, and electronic manufacturing processes, with the ability to accurately follow work instructions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other support functions.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and quality-focused individual with a strong commitment to safety, attendance, and company standards.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays as required to support manufacturing operations.
