Vision Group is looking for an Executive, Capital Market Advisory to support our advisory work across capital markets, investor relations, CFO advisory, public relations (PR), environmental, social and governance (ESG), and IPO/pre-IPO mandates.

This role is suitable for someone who wants hands-on exposure to Bursa-listed companies, IPO-bound businesses, investor communication, financial analysis, corporate storytelling and client advisory work.

The position will begin as a support role, with room for broader responsibilities depending on the candidate's capability, attitude and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of investor decks, factsheets, briefing notes, corporate updates and other client-facing materials.
Conduct research on capital markets, listed companies, industry trends, regulatory developments and client-specific business matters.
Assist in financial analysis, peer comparison, market monitoring and investor feedback summaries.
Support advisory work across investor relations, PR, ESG, IPO/pre-IPO advisory and CFO advisory mandates.
Assist in drafting press releases, management talking points and stakeholder communication materials.
Help manage client deliverables, timelines, meeting notes, follow-ups and document coordination.
Check client-facing materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, financial figures, dates, names and disclosures.
Use AI, automation and digital tools responsibly to improve research, drafting and workflow efficiency.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications or a related field.
Basic understanding of financial statements, capital market terminology and listed company communication.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional materials.
Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role may involve Mandarin-language source materials, clients and stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Comfortable managing deadlines, revisions and multiple deliverables.
Prior exposure to capital markets, investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, corporate communications, ESG reporting or IPO/pre-IPO advisory will be an advantage.
Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, corporate disclosures or sustainability reporting will be an added advantage.
Comfortable using AI and digital tools for research, drafting and productivity improvement.
