Role Description The Project Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. Daily responsibilities include maintaining project records, preparing reports, tracking timelines and budgets, coordinating with engineers, technicians, and clients, and assisting with procurement and logistics related to project activities. The role also involves managing correspondence, organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client requirements. The Project Administrator collaborates closely with project managers to resolve issues, update stakeholders, and contribute to efficient project execution.

Qualifications

Strong project administration and coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation management, and report preparation.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and familiarity with basic project management tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineers, technical staff, clients, and vendors.
Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work on-site in Johor bahru and support field and office-based project activities as needed.
Compile and prepare daily project reports accurately and on time
Prepare and process project claims and related documentation
Handle preparation of invoices, quotations, and Purchase Orders (PO)
Maintain proper filing and documentation for project records

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in project administration or related field
Good proficiency in English (written and spoken)-Mandatory
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word

Salary

RM2,500 – RM3,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
