Job Summary

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) is a partner-focused organization within Global Partnerships that prides itself in providing great service, in creating innovative solutions, and most importantly, in having amazing people. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct application reviews
Support our publisher base through our email customer service
Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions
Lead reviews activities in order to launch proactive initiatives to improve the support services
Analyze and improve customer journey/flow

Job Qualifications:

Fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Internet-savvy individual familiar with social media and web-trends
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas
Effective communication skills
Ability to problem solve and find solutions
