Job Description

Build and manage key partnerships, develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow revenue, content and/ or brand results
Identify new leads in priority markets and sectors, initiate engagement and negotiate partnerships & deals that contribute to defined metrics
Drive negotiations with partners as company contact point to align and represent multiple internal business unit objectives
Implement new partners and optimise to achieve and grow target results
Manage campaign-specific and overall budget, coordinate campaigns with other various marketing channels within the company
Co-create new products and services with partners and the various specialist teams of Shopee
Plan, conceptualise and execute promotional/ marketing campaigns while collaborating with partners to ensure successful execution
Track and analyse key partner performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partner and internal teams to continually optimise partnership-driven campaigns
Represent Shopee on relevant platforms (e.g. events, conferences, media) towards existing and potential partners of the tech eco-system
Manage contract revisions in English with the support of the legal team

Requirements

A natural relationship-builder with an outgoing personality and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people and organisations
An experienced negotiator with excellent communication skills, comfortable representing company interests at all levels
A project management pro who thrives in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping timelines and budgets on track
Data-driven and analytical — you turn performance numbers into actionable stories and opportunities
Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
Relevant experience in partnerships, business development, client servicing, or project management
Prior experience in a startup, VC, or company-building environment is a strong plus
