The Role:

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling and promoting our services to the pre-defined potential customers in JB. The successful candidate builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, works collaboratively with internal teams and meets or exceeds sales targets. The candidate will successfully manage to get face-to-face time with customers to meet in-person visit objectives while also being comfortable with online meetings. Able to identify key customer stakeholders, uncover customers wants and needs, identify customers pain points / solution needed and propose our service offering to resolve customer issue and achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote our services to prospective customers in the assigned territory.

• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.

• Visit and approach potential customers on the ground through cold calling, walk-ins, and inbound leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.

• Attend to customer product inquiries and servicing issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.

• Utilize the group tools to present service solutions to our customers in a compelling fashion.

• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports and update to management.

• Work closely with Operations to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handovers.

• Payment collection for own customer's account.

• Sales presentation at client's premises.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales role, preferably in industry sales field.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.

• Highly motivated, result driven and able to work independently and in teams.

• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory (within Malaysia).

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Strategic Thinking and Negotiation skills

• Maintain strict confidentiality, honest & trustworthy

• Acts quickly and decisively.

• Looking for a stable and permanent job

• Posses own transport.
