Work you'll do
Consultants
- Support accounting & reporting advisory engagements including PMI, carve-outs, complex accounting and finance operate/transformation services
- Apply working knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS to client deliverables
- Assist with process mapping and current-state assessments during M&A integration projects
Senior Consultants
- All points stated above for consultants
- Support accounting & reporting advisory engagements including PMI, carve-outs, complex accounting and finance operate/transformation services
- Own discrete pieces of a PMI or finance transformation workstream with limited oversight
- Independently troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., complex consolidation entries, carve-out adjustments, CoA design, posting rules design, data analytics)
- Lead specific client discussions or data requests directly
- Review and guide day-to-day work of Consultants/Analysts
- Contribute to workplan/timeline input and proactively flag project risks
- Independently run a piece of an integration workstream (e.g., one functional area's Day 1 plan)
- Apply working knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS to client deliverables

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts; exposure to US GAAP and/or IFRS is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel; exposure to ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent), or candidates currently pursuing such qualifications, are preferred.
- Strong written communication skills for workpapers and client status reporting
- Pro-actively identify other areas of business initiatives and changes in the business environment and assess their impact on the business control environment.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
- Logical thinking, good and positive attitude, fast learner and good team player.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
