Job Description

Responsibilities: -

Assist Accountant in overall finance and accounts functions
Perform monthly closing activities including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare schedules and listings for AP and AR
Process purchase requisition approved by Head of department and prepare purchase order to suppliers
Coordinates with other departments on suppliers quantity, pricing and other related issues
Ensure accurate and timely reporting
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers
Monitor and ensure the documents are in a flow according to company's policy and procedures

Requirement: -
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently and work as a team, Self-discipline.
Flexible hybrid working arrangement.
