Account Executive

Job Purpose

Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly reporting package for group consolidation purposes.
• Preparation of group consolidation account on quarterly basis and ensure referencing column path name correctly reflected.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and all accounting schedules relevant to group consolidation account.
• Assist to review reporting packages and other reports of local and oversea subsidiaries.
• Coordinates with foreign entities finance team for financial reporting and matter arising.
• Assist in preparation of group budget and group cash flow forecast.
• Assist in preparation of annual report and financial statements including supporting schedules for the notes to financial statements.
• Assist in complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess a least 2 years of working experience relevant to the said position.
• Detailed and result oriented within the time frame.
• Organized, meticulous, committed, and independent but yet also an excellent team player.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and able to multi-task.
