About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the company's costing, accounting, and financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost analysis, pricing and budget support, financial reporting, and coordination across relevant departments. Candidates with experience in manufacturing or project-based costing will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform costing and cost analysis to support business and operational requirements.
- Analyze costs, margins, and financial information to support management decision-making.
- Support pricing exercises, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Assist with general accounting and financial operations.
- Monitor and support inventory management and cost control activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate costing and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain relevant costing and financial information.
- Ensure reports and financial information are prepared accurately and within required timelines.
- Assist with other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing or project-based costing.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Language Requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin – Mandatory.
