Account Receivable Executive

Reporting directly to the Finance Director Philippines, working closely with Operations Customer Services (CSOs), Sales Divisions, and APAC Share Service Centre (FSSC), namely, the key stakeholders within the applicable divisions. The role is also responsible for collaboration within the Philippines Finance team.

Detail Job Scope:

• Responsible for all billing and collections processes, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing, and efficiency of debt collections.
• Issue of official receipts and tax invoices, issue CN, as applicable
• Respond promptly to requests to take actions to resolve queries and correct the source of errors including the investigation of errors and queries, identification of root causes, and agreement and communication of resolution to meet the requirements of Service Level Agreements.
• Implement innovative billing and collection procedures to enhance productivity and improve overall efficiency.
• Reconcile reported revenue against invoicing records as a basis for the revenue accrual and deferral entries according to established processes and procedures.
• Prepare payment allocation and reconciliation of client's payment
• Any ad hoc work task that is deemed appropriate

Qualification:

• Finance Graduate with 5 years of experience in AR Billing and Collection process
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Experience with SAP or EPM is an added advantage.
• Able to read and write in English as this role needs to support external and internal clients.
