Job Responsibility
- Assisting and reporting to the Manager on all aspects for the efficient running and financial management of the Hostel.
- Maintain up-do-date Hostel Accounting records and prepare monthly accounts for management and Audit purposes.
- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Process Hostel Fee Refunds & Rebates and maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of Resident Room Deposit Refund.
- Preparing and monitoring cash book, bank and hostel fees reconciliation.
- Submit accounts and relevant documents to Company's Secretary for Imprest Account reimbursement.
- Preparing payment to creditors and ensure all payments are disbursed timely.
- Ensure all income due are collected timely and accurately and banked.
- Handle enquiries, bookings, registrations, checking-in and checking-out.
- Receive reports and complaints.
- Provide a friendly and efficient service to residents and maintain cordial relationship throughout.
- Assisting managing the company office to ensure smooth and efficient administration.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and / or Mandarin.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate.
