Randstad is partnering with a reputable group who has been a key player in the Food & Beverage industry for over 10 years. As part of their expansion efforts within the Accounting & Finance team, they are seeking to bring abroad a new senior executive or as a team lead to lead the finance team. This role will be based in their office in Sungai Besi.
About The Job
Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independenty under minimum supervision.
Prepare payment vouchers / journal vouchers / bank reconciliation.
Matching and performing the monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
Matching bill for petty cash reimbursement and allocation outlet.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management in a timely and accurate manner. Will involve in statutory reports preparation as well.
Ensure the work submitted is complete, accurate, and according to the deadline.
You will be liaising with auditors as and when required.
Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned/requested.
About The Manager/team
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, LCCI or any professional Accounting
qualifications.
Preferable candidates with audit tax work experiences (an added advantage).
At least 1-2 year(s) working experience in the related field.
Proficient in accounting software applications such as UBS / SQL accounting system and Microsoft application.
