Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Handling full set accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances accurately & efficiently
- Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts administrative related matters
- Accountable in audit and tax preparation
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
- Performing day to day accounting operations
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting & administrative assignment
- Experience in managing payroll & administration is an added advantage.
Job Requirements
- Proven track records in handling similar job responsibilities, at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Capable in handling full set of accounts independently
- Positive working attitude & responsive
- Responsible & committed to job
- Able to work in a team with good initiative
- Willing to learn and grow together with the company
