About the Role

The Accounts Manager oversees the overall accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective team management. This role partners closely with management to support business objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts and oversee financial reporting activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Lead and manage the accounting team, including performance reviews and development
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit issues
  • Establish and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Partner with management on financial analysis and decision-making
  • Drive continuous process improvements and system enhancements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification.
  • Proven experience leading accounting teams and managing full accounting functions
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting platforms
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese for senior stakeholder and management communication
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in multi-entity, regional, or shared services environments is an advantage
