As a Security Consultant, you will have a chance to:
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for web applications, APIs, internal/external networks, wireless environments, cloud platforms, Active Directory, and infrastructure.
- Perform security architecture reviews, configuration reviews, and security hardening assessments.
- Identify security vulnerabilities, assess risks, and provide practical remediation recommendations.
- Conduct security gap assessments against industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare professional technical reports, executive summaries, and client presentations.
- Support clients throughout the remediation process and perform validation or re-testing activities.
- Participate in compromise assessments, incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensic investigations when required.
- Design and recommend cybersecurity solutions aligned with client business and security requirements.
- Support implementation, proof-of-concept (POC), and deployment of cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide technical consultation on network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), SIEM, EDR/XDR, and Zero Trust security.
- Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Collaborate closely with Security Operations Centre (SOC), engineering, and project teams to deliver successful engagements.
- Assist the presales team by providing technical solution designs, project estimations, and proposal documentation.
- Keep up to date with emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, security technologies, and industry best practices.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years related work experience, preferably with good experience in Security tools such as Endpoint, SIEM, UEBA and Threat Intelligence
- Experience in ensuring security measures are compliant with prevailing standards (SOC 2/ISO 27001)
- Strong analytical skills with the good understanding of Cyber Security monitoring, process flow best practices, privacy and risk policies to protect business against attacks and threats
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH and other relevant IT certifications
