Job Responsibility
- Support on Administrative work and Sales coordination
- Conduct QC check on shipment samples.
- Monitor and track orders and delivery by suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- To ensure accuracy of data and records are kept up to date
- Supporting meeting to prepare notes and minutes of meetings.
- Assist your superior when required.
Job Requirements
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Ability to speak and write in mandarin has added advantages.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Fresh graduates also can apply
- High integrity and work responsibility is highly emphasized.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Full-Time positions.
