Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Support on Administrative work and Sales coordination
  • Conduct QC check on shipment samples.
  • Monitor and track orders and delivery by suppliers.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
  • To ensure accuracy of data and records are kept up to date
  • Supporting meeting to prepare notes and minutes of meetings.
  • Assist your superior when required.

Job Requirements

  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Ability to speak and write in mandarin has added advantages.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Fresh graduates also can apply
  • High integrity and work responsibility is highly emphasized.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Full-Time positions.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens.
