Job Description

Company Background:

  • Our well-established client is one of market leaders in real estate industry. They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Admin Officer, to be based in Melaka.

Job Descriptions:
  • Assist branch directors and managers in branch operation.
  • Handle agents registrations, merchandises, and enquiries.
  • Update agent list on active/inactive on time and accurate.
  • Arrange and attend meetings/trainings on working hours/night/weekends and create meeting minutes.
  • Organize and conduct events/activities.
  • Design poster or do posting on groups/social media.
  • Create announcement/memo for posting on incentives and related matters.
  • Handle some small-scale projects.
Job Requirements:

  • At least with SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative working experience and proven good track record.
  • Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Exposure to MS Office and social media posting.
  • Willing to pick up calls and reply message from 10am to 10pm (Monday Sunday).
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka.
