Job Description



  • Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in any field with good English skills
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Knowledge, Managing of Emails

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To handle billing processes analyzing the sub-custodian invoices to extract applicable charges, which are to be passed back to end clients.
  • To track receivables against the outstanding invoices.
  • To process upload of out of pocket (OOP) charges, perform liquidation and reconciliation of applicable charges through the posting and Billing system.
  • Post journal entries related to Billing process.
  • Post journal entries to process the payment instructions received from various clients.
  • Support the SME to handle queries related to out-of-pocket charges.
