Aesthetic Beautician - AMAYA Clinic

a) Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments over the phone
b) Receiving and greeting walk-in customers on arrival
c) Providing skincare guidelines to customers
d) Providing deep tissue, hot stone, Indian head and Swedish massage (if any)
e) Cleaning and sterilizing beauty treatment equipment
f) Performing brow tinting, manicures and nail extensions
g) Keeping track of lotions, nail polishes, facial creams, and other beauty products
h) Recognizing problems and referring customers to relevant doctors/Senior beautician
i) Collaborating with the staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for the clients
j) To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the salon.
k) Taking stock and ensuring there are adequate supplies
l) Offer a wide range of beauty treatments
m) Ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout their visit.
n) Diligent and always punctual at work and when report submission.
o) Help increase the customer base through various promotional activities and good practice
p) Maintain high levels of housekeeping and cleanliness
q) Partake in necessary training to improve / update skills
