Role Description The Aftersales Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for overseeing post-sales service delivery, ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality support and follow-up after training, coaching, and consulting engagements. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, coordinating service schedules, tracking service performance, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams. The Aftersales Service Manager will maintain strong relationships with clients, collect feedback, and propose improvements to service processes and standards. The role also includes preparing service reports, supporting renewal and upsell opportunities, and ensuring service commitments align with the company's customer experience goals.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, issues, and expectations professionally.
  • Experience in service operations or aftersales management, including scheduling, follow-up, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation, with clear written and verbal skills for client interactions and internal reporting.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, including attention to detail and capability to manage multiple service requests.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify service gaps, interpret feedback, and recommend process improvements.
  • Comfort with using CRM or service management software, and general digital literacy with office productivity tools.
  • Prior experience in consulting, training, or people development environments is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
