AI Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents using modern agentic frameworks
• Integrate APIs, data sources, and vector databases to enable agent retrieval and actions
• Assist in prompt design and tuning to improve agent reliability and output quality
• Support data preparation and environment setup for prototypes and PoCs
• Write unit tests, debug issues, and monitor AI agent workflows
• Contribute to technical documentation, guides, and demos for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled automation solutions

Profile

• Bachelor degree with major in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 + years of relevant experience
• Experience in software development or automation engineering
• Exposure to AI / ML concepts (hands-on experience preferred, not mandatory to be senior
• Experience working with APIs and backend systems
• Familiarity with AI agents, automation frameworks, or prompt engineering is a plus
• Ability to support prototyping and proof-of-concept work
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Mandarin language proficiency is required
