We are looking for an experienced AI engineering leader who is passionate about building enterprise-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through AI, designing scalable architectures, and turning emerging technologies into real business value.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent AI applications leveraging LLMs, autonomous agents, and modern AI orchestration frameworks to automate complex business workflows.
- Build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions by integrating vector databases, enterprise knowledge sources, and semantic search technologies.
- Architect reusable AI frameworks, services, and best practices that accelerate AI adoption across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Champion AI governance, model evaluation, observability, and responsible AI practices to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on programming experience with Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience building applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Proven expertise implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development, APIs, microservices, and scalable software architecture.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience developing multi-agent AI applications or autonomous workflow solutions.
- Exposure to knowledge graphs, semantic search, or enterprise knowledge management platforms.
- Experience implementing AI governance, observability, security, or Responsible AI frameworks.
- Built AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HR, finance, or customer engagement systems.
- Previous experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation or AI initiatives.
