AIOps Assistant Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities: Support the development and delivery of chatbot services, including:

• Developing NLP and model applications using Python skills
• Supporting the overall testing process
• Following DevOps standards and managing development work in Jira
• Supporting product promotion activities
• Providing on-demand service support
• Traveling as needed to support on-site interactions and delivery of business projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
• Practical work experience in AI algorithms is preferred
• Familiarity with classical machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and capable of using AI algorithms to solve predictive, recognition, optimization, and decision-making operational issues
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs or large Language model is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis languages and tools such as Python/Java/SQL
• Chinese communication skills is preferred
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork spiritStrong stress resistance, willingness to take on challenging work, and good at finding the best solutions
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), English can be used as a working language
• Proficiency in self-learning, embracing innovation, and good at using new technologies to solve difficult problems is preferred
