What You'll Do
- Assist in monitoring and analysing enterprise-wide risk indicators and risk trends.
- Support the preparation of risk dashboards, management reports, and presentations for senior management and committees.
- Participate in Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring activities.
- Assist in Stress Testing, Capital Planning, and other risk assessment exercises.
- Support ESG and Climate Risk initiatives, including sustainability-related projects and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Coordinate risk-related data collection, analysis, and documentation across various business units.
- Support Operational Risk activities, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and risk reporting.
- Assist in managing regulatory submissions, audit requests, and internal reviews.
- Participate in risk awareness programmes, training sessions, and special projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in banking, financial services, consulting, audit, risk management, or corporate strategy would be an advantage.
- Strong interest in Risk Management, Sustainability, ESG, or the Financial Services industry.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong numerical and data interpretation abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
