As Analyst, Planning & Performance (HSE), you will support the delivery of HSE strategy through performance tracking, compliance support, and systems management, helping Gentari achieve its health, safety, and environmental objectives.

Responsibilities:

HSE Strategy & Initiatives (S&I)

  • Assist in the development and execution of HSE strategies and initiatives aligned with business requirements and objectives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement HSE programs and projects.

Performance Management

  • Track, monitor, and analyze HSE performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend intervention plans to address issues and drive continuous improvement.

Budgeting & Contract Management

  • Assist in planning and managing the HSE budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities;
  • Monitor HSE expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources;
  • Support HSE contract management processes, including vendor evaluation, compliance, and performance monitoring.

Policy, Standards, And Procedures

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE policies, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices;
  • Regularly review and update HSE documentation to align with evolving business and industry requirements.

HSE Management System

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of the HSE Management System, including procedures and guidelines for effective implementation.

HSE Applications and Systems

  • Execute HSE applications and systems to ensure reliability and accessibility;
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant teams to optimize and update HSE systems as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Engineering, Technical Planning and HSE;
  • Familiarity with HSE management systems, compliance frameworks, and industry standards;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data tracking, reporting, and intervention planning;
  • Proficiency in HSE applications, systems, and tools;
  • High critical thinking and thought process for preparation of management documents.
