Position Objective:
This position is to implement the test work based on user requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform the testing activities including requirement clarification, test approach discover, test plan/case creation, Test Strategy/Closure report
- Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
- Support SIT/UAT as user request
- Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
- Collaborate with IT and business users
- Leverage AI to improve testing efficiency
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
- Database experience is a MUST
- Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Good understanding of testing process and methodology
- Good understanding of insurance business is a plus
