- Process and review travel and expense (T&E) claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any queries related to T&E claims.
- Assist in month-end closing activities for the accounts payable function.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide reports and insights to the accounting & finance department as needed.
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful AP (T&E) Should Have
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes, particularly T&E claims.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
