Role Duties
- Manage 3-4 concurrent data/process transformation projects
- Run project cadence and delivery governance
- Identify, escalate and resolve blockers/risks
- Track progress using Jira and Confluence
- Coordinate with business stakeholders across regions
- Ensure timely delivery of data products and dashboards
- Keep stakeholders updated on project statuses
Role Requirements
- 5+ years Project/Scrum Master experience
- Background in transformation or financial services
- Strong Jira and Confluence skills
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Proactive communicator who escalates blockers early
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Malaysian Citizenship required
