Application Engineer - Workday Payroll

What You'll Do
As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Workday Payroll and related HR applications while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and related Workday modules.
- Configure, customize, and support Workday applications and integrations.
- Design and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP and other internal systems.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support data loads, interfaces, security administration, and application performance monitoring.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile/DevOps teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, support processes, and knowledge assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
