Application Lead
Responsibilities:
To lead a team to deliver the in-house projects.
To perform requirement analysis and oversee the implementation of architectures of project scope.
To provide customized reusable solutions of project, program or operational scope.
To lead the application designs and responsible for the solution outcome.
To develop high-quality and detailed designs Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality deliverables Liaising with project stakeholders Management, ITPM, BA, Developers, and business to ensure projects are on track.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
To conduct unit testing using automated unit test frameworks and identify and address possible risk by conducting mitigation action planning.
Reviewing the work of other developers with feedback for improvement
To provide level 3 Support BAU once the projects are delivered to production.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience Years of IT work experience in software development
Hands-on experience with Java and proficient in OOB Strong knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
Expert experience with Spring Framework Experience with testing methodologies that cover unit, integration, and system testing.
Ability to manage projects.
Experience with application testing protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills.
Good to have:
Experience with Financial Services applications including high-volume, real-time transaction processing system.
Profound insight of core Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.) will be added advantage Experience in a similar role.
