Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support business-critical applications
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues
- Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Ensure smooth day-to-day application performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Application/Production Support
- Knowledge of SQL and Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with web/mobile applications and backend systems
- Exposure to monitoring tools is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
