Job Responsibility

Job Summary

  • Responsible to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and support in Human Resources and Finance through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Job Description

  • Prepare various documents and reports for Human Resources and Finance department.
  • Perform basic data entry.
  • Maintain office filling systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of expenses report and processing invoices.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support such as photocopying and filling.
  • Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM level.
  • Fresh Graduates/At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
