At Moxy, we believe every guest deserves an experience that's anything but ordinary. We're looking for a charismatic, service-driven, and passionate Assistant Chief Concierge to help create memorable stays through personalized service, local expertise, and genuine hospitality.
As Assistant Chief Concierge, you'll support the Concierge operation by ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. You'll work closely with hotel departments to anticipate guest needs, coordinate special requests, and create unique experiences that leave lasting impressions. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, solving problems, and delivering unforgettable moments.
What You'll Do
- Support the daily operations of the Concierge team and ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained.
- Assist in creating personalized and memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay.
- Coordinate guest requests, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, local tours, and special services.
- Build strong relationships with guests and proactively anticipate their needs and preferences.
- Ensure guest information and special requests are communicated effectively to all relevant hotel departments prior to arrival.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the Concierge team to achieve service excellence.
- Provide expert knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve concerns professionally, and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
- Support VIP arrivals, Marriott Bonvoy Elite recognition, and special guest arrangements.
- Maintain concierge records, guest profiles, and operational reports as required.
- Act as a role model for Moxy and Marriott service culture and brand standards.
