The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic relationships with bus operator partners. The role focuses on driving account growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning Go Hub Capital's transportation technology solutions (AFC, CTS, TOS, fleet solutions) with the operators business needs. The KAM will act as the primary liaison between Go Hub and the bus operators, ensuring smooth communication, contract management, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned bus operator accounts.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
- Conduct regular review meetings to track performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
2. Revenue & Growth
- Drive revenue growth from assigned accounts through upselling/cross-selling Go Hub solutions.
- Develop account strategies to increase CLTV and renewals.
- Monitor account profitability and negotiate contract renewals/extensions.
3. Operational Excellence
- Ensure successful delivery and smooth operation of systems implemented for bus & taxi operators (BOS, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Project Management) to resolve operator issues promptly.
- Track SLAs and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
4. Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute account development plans aligned with Go Hub's growth objectives.
- Gather market intelligence from operators to support product innovation and strategic positioning.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on operator needs and pain points.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate account records.
- Provide periodic performance and revenue reports to management.
- Track KPIs to measure account performance and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally within transportation, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and client retention.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
