Job Purpose
Coordinate and drive institutional business planning and strategic initiatives through the Annual Business Plan and Budget development cycle, cross-divisional engagements, and portfolio planning activities to ensure alignment with institutional priorities, enable value creation, operational excellence, and support the University's strategic growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Business Portfolio & Strategic Initiatives
Drive institutional portfolio planning and strategic initiatives through cross-functional collaboration, leadership engagements and business planning activities. Support the identification and implementation of value creation, operational excellence and business improvement initiatives that contribute to institutional growth and sustainability.
Business Planning & KPI Cascading
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Annual Business Plan and Budget development process, including stakeholder engagements, planning workshops and consolidation of divisional submissions. Coordinate the cascading of Institutional, President and divisional KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and organisation-wide execution.
Ranking & Reputation Driver Alignment
Support the integration of ranking and reputation priorities into institutional portfolio initiatives and strategic programmes by incorporating relevant QS/THE drivers, facilitating reputation-enhancing initiatives, and coordinating actions arising from ranking analyses, benchmarking and stakeholder engagements.
Special Project
Lead and support strategic reviews, management engagements and special projects assigned by management to advance institutional priorities, enhance organisational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience:
Recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
More than 5 years of experience in relevant field
Professional qualification and advanced degree would be an added advantage
