We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Assistant Manager, Investor Services to join our growing team. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals supporting a diverse portfolio of investment funds and investors. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in investor services, transfer agency operations, fund administration, and client relationship management within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end investor servicing activities, including investor onboarding, account maintenance, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions, and investor record updates.
- Review and process investor transactions, ensuring compliance with fund governing documents, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Prepare and review investor-related documentation and communications, including contract notes, investor statements, capital call notices, distribution notices, and other correspondence.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, fund managers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Support investor due diligence, KYC/AML reviews, periodic refresh exercises, and regulatory reporting requirements such as FATCA and CRS.
- Perform quality control reviews, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and support the Team Leader in the day-to-day management of investor servicing operations.
- Undertake any other duties and projects assigned from time to time.
Ideal experience and competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Shareholder Services, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting investment funds, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, or other alternative investment structures.
- Good understanding of the investor lifecycle, including onboarding, transaction processing, investor reporting, and client servicing.
- Working knowledge of KYC/AML, FATCA, CRS, and related regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Mantra or similar investor servicing platforms will be an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Location & Work Setup:
Malaysia: Menara Exchange 106, Lingkaran TRX, Tun Razak Exchange, 55188, Kuala Lumpur
- Work arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement with mostly days in the office
- Regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
