Assistant Manager - Learning & Talent

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on the need of the business in talent and learning.
• Support superior on Hartalega Way (Value system, innovation & organisational effectiveness) and shares best practices externally while learning best practices from others.
• Assist superior to create and develop the conditions required to nurture our mature leaders, technical professionals & front-liners.
• Develop L&T budget, perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Competency Gaps Analysis together with team.
• Liaise with authorities, including HRDF, on training related matters.
• Lead and manage a highly competent L&T team by providing supervision and coaching to team.
• Manage and optimize resources to achieve high training efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work in a highly visible capacity with cross-functional and cross-site partners to enable seamless operation ramps.
• Continuous improvement of learning process, systems and policy.
• Ensure successful delivery & effectiveness of learning interventions/programs to defined quality & expectations.
• Sustain an effective on boarding to role process, encourage employee education, superiors as effective people developer.
• Focussed development on Hartalega's competency framework.
• Develop, implement and evaluate learning interventions/programs to equip employees with critically required skills and competencies to support the Company's growth.

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or in Business Administration or any equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in relevant filed, preferable from manufacturing/ multinational companies or any equivalent.
• Knowledge in L&D Science and Training Needs Analysis.
• Advanced Facilitation Skills and Instrumental Design Capabilities.
• Managing of training functions.
