Developing and implementing industrial relations policies.
Resolve employee grievances and mediate disputes efficiently to maintain workplace harmony.
Support and administer collective bargaining agreements, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to prevent legal issues and maintain up-to-date records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives to address issues proactively and promote positive labor relations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of related to industrial relations, labor relations or union management
Strong understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
