What would you do

Network and Security Operations

• Lead and manage the organization's operations with a strong focus on cloud-based infrastructure.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of cloud operations and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain network performance through proactive monitoring, analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, escalating issues to vendors when necessary.
• Ensure network security by developing, updating, and maintaining network access controls, monitoring systems, evaluation procedures, and documentation.
• Implement and enforce network security best practices through regular audits of routers, switches, firewall configurations, change controls, and monitoring tools.
• Conduct and review assessments related to application control, firewalls, SIEM, VPN, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and related network components.
• Communicate system methodologies clearly and support remediation efforts in response to security-related events.

Infrastructure Enhancement and Support

• Perform network upgrades by coordinating with stakeholders to design, test, evaluate, and implement required enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Application Development and Architecture teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application design and network integration.
• Oversee IT infrastructure architecture and integration for both off-the-shelf and third-party applications used within the organisation.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Manage all components within the cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Monitor cloud resource usage and performance, ensuring efficient and cost-effective utilization. Establish and maintain secure connectivity across cloud networks.
• Develop and implement cloud system security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Document cloud and system infrastructure to ensure accuracy and maintainability.

Who should join us

• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Networking Security System
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with medium to large-scale datacenter environments and cloud deployment initiatives.
• Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with various stakeholders, including internal support teams, TNG customers, and management.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, security frameworks, and related technologies is critical.
• Customer service skills enable the engineer to interact with clients and customers in a professional and supportive manner.
