• Vetting, checking and verify the application to meet the quality of submission and strive for achieve the objective of complete and fit to process submission to prevent KIV and cancellation.

• Strict adherence to Policy & SOP.

• Ability to review Letter of Offer and create parameter for HMDR in the system.

• Online application handling Cross departmental engagement and support.

• Handles all type of submission (ARM, Key, Mass, Master merchant, Biz Buddy etc.)

• Send out daily Merchant daily application status report.

• RCSA/CSA inquires and support

• Responsible for the complete end to end onboarding process.
