Assistant Sales Manager

Our client is a Hong Kong based company which engages in super wide format digital printing business in Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, London & Kuala Lumpur. They offer wide range of digital options, including POS display, banner & bunting, transit advertising, billboard, sticker, event and exhibitions display, fabric printing, mounting and etc.

They are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share targets.

Job Scope:

• Meet individual monthly sales targets assigned to the role.
• Provide sales support and guidance to the wider sales team.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet their respective KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Prospect for new clients, generating leads and converting them into sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
• Represent the company at trade shows, product launches, and customer meetings as needed.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the advertising or printing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
