Assistant Supervisor, Depot (Tampoi)

• Carry out repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure production is not interrupted and continuous improvement efforts are in place for quality products.
• Assist in monitoring and daily maintenance works to reduce machinery downtime.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Observe and follow all operating procedures, ensuring safety practices are adhered to in all production areas, including the repair shop. Ensure all workers and visitors wear PPE as required.
• Comply with HACCP requirements and participate in HACCP activities.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Main Responsibilities

- Assist in the management of depot to ensure optimum stock level, order fulfillment and timely delivery.

- Prepare and produce quality products in accordance to FIFO procedure with minimal stock inventory variance.

- Assist in collections by drivers, cash sales at the depot including banking functions.

- Perform administrative functions in order to ensure smooth operations of the depot.

- Maintain and practice operations policies, procedures, safety & regulations.

- To perform maintenance & housekeeping of depot or retail assets.

- Guide new personnel on job functions & roles in order to meet the depot or retail standards & requirements.

Qualification

- Diploma or SPM
