Associate Director, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Lead and responsible for maintaining a good relationship between the bank and the large local corporates
• Lead and inculcate the team's good credit and asset quality management practice.
• Supervising Account Officer and Account Manager with the team.
• Facilitate loans growth and effective capital management at the team's level in order to achieve overall Corporate Banking business strategy.
• Understand clients financing requirements, perform detailed analysis and evaluation, structure detailed financing terms.
• Recommend proposal and/or detailed terms sheet for pitching and negotiation with clients.
• Identify business opportunities and cross-sell GB products as Business Origination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance, Banking or Accounting, Engineering, Science or Mathematics. Individuals holding Credit/Banking Certification, will be an asset.
• 8 to 12 years experience in wholesale/commercial/global banking.
• Strong analytical skills with good grasp of financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills to ensure effective delivery of credit reports and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Debt Capital Markets, or experience as a relationship manager or a credit officer.
• Good business sense/acumen, a customer-centric mindset, resourceful, reliable and responsible individual.
